Orlando Chang, of Kearny, formerly of Cuba, died on Oct. 1. He was 72.

Orlando is survived by his wife Irmida (nee Conde), his daughter Rebeca Aleman, siblings Hugo Chang and Terezita Egusquiza and his grandson Daniel.
Carmen A. Comprelli
Carmen A. Comprelli, 94, entered into eternal life on Sept. 27 at the Job Haines Home in Bloomfield.
Born in Harrison, he lived in Kearny and Clifton before moving to North Arlington in 1983.
He worked as a sales representative for the Prudential Insurance Company in Kearny for 30 years before retiring 32 years ago.
Carmen serviced in the United States Army Air Corp. for three years and three months during World War II and was a member and past commander of American Legion Post 37, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4697, a member of the Knights of Columbus Queen of Peace Council 3428 and a member of the Happy Senior Citizens group of North Arlington.
He is the beloved husband of the late Doris (nee Whalley) and Evelyn (nee Erbe), the loving son of the late Francesco and Michelina Comprelli, the adored father of Joyce Nitto of Whiting, Diane Miles of Lindale, Texas, Carol Majewski of Oakdale, Conn, the late Robert Comprelli and stepfather of James Erbe of Toledo, Ohio, Maryellen Wiggins of Spotswood and Eileen Cmielewski of Englishtown, the cherished grandfather of 16 grandchildren and great-grandchildren and dear brother of the late Charles, Joseph, Patrick and Salvatore Comprelli.
The funeral was from the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington on Monday, Oct. 1, with a funeral Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington. Entombment followed in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.

Agnes M. Cowley
Agnes M. Cowley died on Oct. 4 at Trinitas Hospital, Elizabeth. She was 88. Born in The Bronx, she lived most of her life in Harrison.

Wife of the late Bob Cowley, Agnes is survived by her children Jo Ann Villaronga, Carol Sheridan and Robert, Gary, Patrick, Michael, George and Edward Cowley. Sister of Edward Ritchie she is also survived by 18 grand and 18 great grandchildren.

Maria Do Carmo Dias
Maria Do Carmo Dias died on Oct. 1. She was 49.

Patricia M. Worley
Patricia M. Worley died on Oct. 4 at home. She was 52. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Kearny before moving to North Arlington 12 years ago.

Pat worked at Stop and Shop in Lyndhurst, taught Sunday school and ran the Vacation Bible School at Calvary Methodist Church in Kearny.
She is survived by her son and his wife Joseph and Ashley Worley, her grandchildren Connor and Olivia, one sister, four brothers and her sister of the heart LaRie Malley. She was predeceased by her twin brother Patrick.
