Bloomfield

Bring your clean, gently used Halloween costumes to Bloomfield Public Library, 90 Broad St., to receive a ticket for a costume swap (one swap ticket per child). Bring your tickets to the library to choose a costume from 2 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. No costume to donate? You can select a costume from 4 to 5 p.m. for a donation of $3.
