4 of Kearny’s Bravest complete fire academy

Mayor Carol Jean Doyle, Chief Joseph Mastandrea and some members of the Town Council celebrated the graduation of the Kearny Fire Department’s latest recruits from the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy Dec. 20. The new probationary firefighters, Zachary Myers, Matthew Duane, Justin Erezuma and Gustavo Martinez, successfully completed their training program and have now been assigned to their respective shifts. The probies, like all firefighters, are subject to continuous on-the-job training. kearnynj.org
