Street will be named for late Belleville mayor June 11

Lloyd Place and Union Avenue will be renamed in honor of the late Belleville Mayor Ray Kimble at a special ceremony Sunday, June 11, at 11 a.m. Kimble, a graduate of Belleville High School and William Paterson University, joined the U.S. Army after college and then served on the Belleville PD before retiring in 1997 as chief. He was elected mayor in 2006 and served three full terms.
