Lady Edwina of Essex doesn’t see her shadow!

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo Jr. (center) announced Lady Edwina of Essex, Essex County Turtle Back Zoo’s resident groundhog, did not see her shadow and is predicting spring weather to arrive early during Turtle Back’s Annual Groundhog Day celebration on Friday, Feb. 2.
