Kearny residents may experience discolored water through Dec. 13

The North Jersey District Water Supply Commission is performing essential maintenance on a major aqueduct, which is expected to continue through Dec. 13. During this period, Kearny residents may observe slight discoloration in water. This is caused by the natural sediment being disturbed in the process. Should you encounter this, simply let your cold water taps run until the water returns to its normal clarity.
